14 Apr 2023 HAVANA SYNDROME OFF-RAMP- NOT WORKING!
Ok. So today. I am so pissed. So frustrated. 2 days and another hour trying every possible permutation and combination to approve “Least of My Brothers: My Forever Cuomo Crush”, which was to have been the sequel to this except it came out first, 2.5 years later after these 2 books stymied in a Catch n Kill scheme, but by whom? And Why? Who benefits? And why after I wrote that draft, and after I submitted this draft I’m currently revising, The Music At Sunset to a Publisher, did a long delayed, 9 months, contingency offer job come through, and 2 weeks before another offer outside this Corporation in a completely different capacity? The third book written after all the problems I encountered seeking medical treatment to a workplace injury sill not healed after 16 months, and subsequent consequential lingering injuries, including need to replace my knee after 2 prior surgeries, restoring me to full and complete health and use at a high level of athletic performance for 30 years, tore out, necessitating knee replacement.
Then when I opted to stay, clearly the easier most direct route to continuing the life I worked so hard to get in this tropical setting, my position again sabotaged as soon as I entered the workplace. So without cause it had to be a continuation. A different arm, instead of building things, now I was in maintaining the earthmoving equipment. It reminds me of 2 things, “helping” Dad maintain the tractors, combines, and farm implements as a kid and maintaining my little dive boat. At least these implements didn’t have batteries and bilges, well, perhaps I have to change the way I say it, for everything has some sort of battery, even people need energy recharged. Battery-driven bilges so that when these stupidly designed bilge pumps get stuck on, the batteries die. You come out to a dead battery and full bilge, so that one must check the bilge near daily, even if you don’t have a boat trip. These bilges have a water-filled tube with a floating ball. Not sure if it gets gummed up or if it just stops, but for 3 years I kept sending them back under warranty and talked with the manufacturer ad nauseum, going through 2 re-designs. Good Lord, if I even had to deal with fuel water separators, or battery-drive bilge pumps again, my pulse races and jaw tightens just thinking about it. But this is even worse. These intermittently shockingly debilitating energy blasts to my head, spine and lower extremities that have laid me up for a week, multiple 2-4 day stints, and 6 weeks of trying to move out of the way, 2-3 days at a time in hotels running up a $30,000 tab in just hotels, obviously NOT staying at top-dollar hotels, barely *** in most cases, and since I gave up, my only hope of escaping this continuous onslaught, is publish or perish. Clearly, I’m being monitored, and no one stepped in to stop the abusers. Clearly this is technology that the intel agencies have said no foreign ally possesses, therefore these attacks are either authorized by this Corporation, or they have been instructed under, wink, wink, nod, stomp, I asked you to do this off-the record and if you get caught I will disavow any knowledge of you or this deplorable attack on a US Citizen, or 3) Someone with access has seized use for illegal assault and battery, for clearly since 20 Sept 2022 I have been aware of continual deployment of this energy type zapper, sometimes with intermittent higher negative effects, sometimes with a lower level almost tolerable like you get used to a pulled muscle type pain, and sometimes waffling between the 2. I can’t even recall if in this now 7 months I’ve had a moment totally free of this intentional infliction of physical pain, mental anguish which has altered my concentration, my cognitive abilities, my personality, my tolerance, my patience, my frustration and the way I react to all the above, and NOT in a positive manner. So, if this is highly sensitive equipment being deployed against me, and I have nowhere to turn for relief and solace, and no one monitoring any of this has taken any action, and where do I report something that was intentionally designed to leave no evidence, but is common to at least 15,0000 gov’t employees who’ve gone to Congress, and Congress has instituted a reimbursement program, even though there is no medical test for it, it is an absence of other diagnoses for a year. Well, I likely was subjected to other intense hits, mostly while at my complex pool, and other energy invasions at the MRI’s 27, 28 April and 22 June 2022.
So here I sit, the last 2 weeks even afraid to open my curtains with the construction across the way looking down into my condo. The last 2 months after being chased, with a fire in a vacant apartment on the floor people thought I was in, and a host of other threatening measures that is documented into what will become a 4th book, for near as I can tell as concurred by multiple sources, my only hope of getting out from under this is to Publish. But even that is under threat. Certainly, legal recourse under EEO was erroneously shut down, dismissed without consideration. On 2 separate wings of the corporation in equally unjust manner under bureaucratic warfare tactics, costing me almost $50,000 in legal fees to date. Certainly doctors, medical evaluations, and that process was tampered with, leading to an entire year off work, disabled, barely able to walk, and every time I build up baseline strength, I am again, zapped like a bug. Why? Because I walked in, did the job in accordance with my position description, identified and resolved glaring process deficiencies costing the taxpayer, for ultimately that is who pays for all this excessive moneys, whether a few big ticket items, or generally a little at time by excessive personal not contributing enough productive, excessive oversight looking the other way to CYA rather than fix the problems, even if it keeps the local economy going. Dude, you can do that while producing something, or you can do that while reinventing and remounting the same wheel, over and over and over. So here I sit like a mongoose forced into a cave, unable to come out in daylight. Unable to open my window, 7 months now, even though a breach of 2 days altered a prior location and 2 months here expanded identification of this location. Who is it? If not the corporation because “THEY LACK AUTHOIRTY” then it is authorized (tacitly, stomp stomp or wink wink, of directly despite no such authorization.) or unauthorized illegal use conveniently and regularly deployed, for this is too smooth a process for me to be the first subjected to this abuse, torture. Truly, kill me. This torture is ridiculous and I am NOT going to spend the rest of my life hiding like a mongoose in a cave when I’ve done nothing wrong, performed the assignments I was given straightforwardly, identified problems and solutions that were implemented and others were promoted for following through. Others who are locally educated, of the local race and religion, generally born-here or married into the community, and only also female after I filed the EEO complaint and then those who will do the same illegal bullying, falsification of records, etc, especially directed at me. So my legal route to justice is blocked. They catch n kill books that fictionalize this account in a publications so as to block that, Catch n Kill the advertising n website. What is the recourse? How do I get the attacks to stop? Nothing Works. They just keep coming.
